A Welcome From the Superintendent minister
It is great to welcome you to this
website which gives some
information regarding the Churches and people which make up the Doncaster Methodist
Circuit.
As you will see from the 'About Us'
page there is a great variety in sizes
and styles of churches within the
circuit which offer worship ranging
from contemporary to traditional
and all points in between. As a
circuit team we are committed to
enabling individuals and churches to grow in their Christian faith,
so that the church does not simply have members, but committed disciples of Jesus Christ.
I am grateful for and cherish the distinctive place, theology and practice that Methodism has in the universal church. However in many of our churches Christians from a wide variety of backgrounds have found and continue to find a welcome. It is my hope that through this website others may find out more about our churches and perhaps experience this welcome for themselves.
